- As part of our efforts to meet the medical needs of our unhoused population, Clinica Romero offers multiple services.

- Showers of Hope- Hot/cold showers, home cooked food, and clothes every Friday (unless it is raining or a holiday lands on that day) from 8am-12pm
- Street Medicine Team- Every Wednesday and Friday at partner sites and encampments in SPA 4 and SPA 6. Street medicine services include:
- Visits with our provider to address any medical needs, wound care, prescription refills, etc.
- Same day prescription delivery at event site.
- Same day lab work
- Referrals to specialists
- Clothing & snacks
- In house clinic services:
- More extensive medical care such as physicals, women’s wellness checks, OBGYN, Family Planning
- Behavioral Health Sessions
- Substance Use programs
- Vision services
- Dental Services
- Transportation to and from clinic appointments

- Tiny Homes Boyle Heights
- Bailey Women’s Shelter
- Hope on Hyde Park Permanent Supportive Housing
- 2 Community of Friends Sites
- St. Francis Center
- Provide street med services through LA Care to the Glendale Alvarado Corridor.
Homeless child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in need of more invasive or specialized care are referred back to our Boyle Heights clinic.
